Thank you for shopping with LumiK Beauty! We want your experience to be as smooth and glowing as your skin. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
Shipping Timeframes
LumiK Beauty ships from warehouses located within the United States. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within:
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. While we strive to meet these timeframes, occasional delays due to carrier volume, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location. We offer:

Flat-rate shipping on orders below the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, LumiK Beauty ships within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will announce international availability as soon as it’s ready.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged or goes missing, here’s what to do:
Damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received your order, first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
